It was fun yesterday to work on a new bag for moi! I needed something bigger with all the stuff I am reluctantly forced to carry around. I had found some vibrant orange vinyl and the color was really intriguing me. I decided to make a cream and orange accent vinyl bag. I debated whether or not to add the double handle tote look, as it is really a tote size bag.
But I wanted a zipper, so I can rest easier about losing the contents. So I made this cute vinyl bag with an outside pocket for cell phone and other bits and pieces. It has a roomy inner pocket as well and is lined in a pale brown and cream floral. I made an applique of a bird and orange flower and tree branch on the pocket.
Ooh, I love to have a new roomy bag.
