I get a bit sad when the end of summer is in sight...and all the flowers will be hidden away until spring. So I make things that are summery and wish for fall to hurry along so I can get back to warm weather :-)
I made this dress to celebrate summer days and the end of summer of a recycled natural linen skirt and bits and pieces of fabric from my stash in white and ecru(that's a tea color) and chocolate. I gave it old hollywood glamour style sleeves that you can wear skinny or wide and retro. I love how it has a little bit of vintage inspired, slightly distressed feel to it.
