I had fun a year or so ago making a loveJesus bag. I made one for me, a slightly different one for my sister-in-law and about 3 to consign. Although the consigned bags were never sold, I still am proud of them and wanted to post them as a body. I only have the pics of my original bags and the consignment bags.
Recently, someone mentioned them and I realized my old pics were murky at best. So with my newer camera, I took a few pics of the original bag. No newer pics of the consignment bags, though. (sad) But the pics, such as they are are fun.
Why am I posting them, you may ask.
Well.....I love them! They are an expression of my passion for Jesus, my love of artistic and visual expression and they make me happy.
Jesus is my delight, my best friend, my joy and He is the best thing in my life. He gives me so many cool things to enjoy, like family and friends and a lovely world. Plus, He is a artist and it is fun to make things with Him. His friendship is so amazing!!
These bags say things reminding me to loveJesus and all that He loves...like kindness, gentleness, etc. They say 'love Jesus passionately...give Him everything you have'. I like having a reminder of who He is in my life to carry with me in my day.
So they are part of the delight I find in life and in creating.
